WHAT IS A LITHOPHANE?

A lithophane is a three-dimensional piece that displays images when lit from behind. It uses variations in the thickness of the material to control the amount of light that passes through it, creating a visible image when illuminated.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED TO MANUFACTURE LITHOPHANES?

Currently, we mainly use PLA (polylactic acid), a biodegradable and sustainable material widely used in 3D printing.

CAN I SEND MY OWN IMAGE TO BE TURNED INTO LITHOPHANE?

Yes, we accept customized images from customers to make into lithophanes. Simply upload your desired image during the checkout process or contact us for more information on uploading your own image.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LITHOPHANE?

We recommend gently wiping the lithophane with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or dirt. Avoid using abrasive cleaning products or excessive water, as this may damage the piece.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM LITHOPHANE FOR SPECIAL EVENTS LIKE WEDDINGS OR BIRTHDAYS?

Yes, we can create custom lithophanes for a variety of special occasions including weddings, birthdays, christenings and more. Contact us to discuss your specific needs and request a personalized quote.

What dimensions are available for lithophanes?

Small Lumus:

- ⌀ Inside: 90mm to 100mm

- ⌀ Outside: 120mm to 130mm

- Height: 120mm

Average Lumus:

- ⌀ Inside: 130mm to 140mm

- ⌀ Outside: 160mm to 170mm

- Height: 170mm

Large Lumus:

- ⌀ Inner: 180mm

- ⌀ Outside: 230mm to 240mm

- Height: 200mm

SHIPPING

AFTER COMPLETION, WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

As soon as your order is processed by the system, we will immediately begin the process of creating the lithophane and then proceed with shipping it (within 3-5 days). You will be able to follow the entire process through notifications sent to your email.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost depends on your destination. When completing your order, you will see these detailed details before confirming your order.

DO YOU SHIP TO ALL COUNTRIES?

Yes, we deliver worldwide, but costs vary depending on the destination country.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

You will receive an automatic email with order details once it has been processed. Check your junk mail folders to see if you received the confirmation email. So, when you receive the email you will know that everything went well!

PAYMENTS

IS IT SAFE TO BUY ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes, the shopping experience in a safe environment is something we work towards daily. Our payment partners are 100% certified and secure.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER ON THE SITE TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

Currently, we do not yet have a client area, as we are working on it. However, it is not necessary to register to make a purchase on our website.

RETURNS

MY ORDER GOT LOST. WHAT TO DO?

It's a rare situation, but if it happens, please contact us. We will make a complaint to the carrier and monitor the entire process.

THE PACKAGING OF THE ORDER IS DAMAGED. WHAT TO DO?

If when you receive the order, it is damaged, you must alert the carrier who must note what happened on the delivery sheet. We also recommend taking photos before opening it, then you can open it to check if there are any damaged items. If this happens, you must notify us immediately.

UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN A PRODUCT?

We advise you to check the merchandise as soon as you receive it to avoid exceeding the 14-day exchange/return period and possible constraints. Keep the invoices you receive with the items. See our return policy for more details.

HOW CAN A REFUND BE MADE?

We can do this through a credit note in our store, to be deducted from your next order.
